Who We Are

Welcome to Work Plus Life Equals Balance! A podcast where we talk about balancing work and life without losing yourself.

My name is Felicia Moore and I am the host of this podcast. I am a Licensed Professional Counseling who decided to create this podcast after, honestly, being told that I would be great for an ongoing public speaking project of some sort. This has been said to me on several different occasions and I finally listened to everyone! I landed on this topic after posting about it on Facebook. It was the first idea posted by my older cousin. And though I received a lot of great ideas, this one stuck out to me because people often ask me how I manage to manage, or balance, everything that I do.

The primary goal of this podcast is to teach others how to find a balance between work and life. There is no such thing as a “perfect” balance, but there is a way to have everything come together so everything doesn’t seem as stressful. The other part is me wanting to make sure that you are able to maintain your confidence, your self-esteem and yourself as a whole while trying to balance everything. It’s easy to lose yourself when there’s so much going on and we don’t want to lose you.
